Unlawfull Display of a Driver’s License

There are different ways you can be charged with this offense. First, it is unlawful to display or represent as your own any driver’s license not issued to you. Second, it is unlawful to knowingly display a driver’s license that has been canceled, revoked, suspended, or disqualified. It is also unlawful to allow someone else to unlawfully use a license issued to you. All of these offenses are criminal infractions punishable up to 60 days in the county jail, a fine of up to $500, and/or up to 6 months of probation. In addition, it is unlawful to have in your possession, two driver’s licenses. We have represented numerous individuals over the years who changed their address with the DMV, received a new license but didn’t destroy their old one. Keep in mind that the law allows you to only possess one valid Florida license at a time. It goes without say that is is also not legal to give your licese to somone to get into a bar if they are under 21. It seems that this was, at a time, a right of passage for most young adults, but it is not worth going to jail for. Thus, if you get in trouble for any of these, or other, offenses, please call the trafficticketteam.com at 954-967-9888 or nationwide toll free 1-866-433-3363.

  1. Omg I did not know that it was a criminal offense to let someone use your license. I knew it was illegal but not criminal. Thanks for the information there have been many times when I have let my little sister use my Id to get into clubs. Not any more. I just spoke to your assistant Jennie in Miami and she explained the penalties to me for this. She is a very sweet girl and this was really reaaly helpful. 3. Being pulled over by a police officer and getting a ticket has been one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had. I got your flyer in the mail and decided to give you a call. Everything was so fast and easy…I even thought to myself “why did I make this such a big deal?” In less than 5 minutes that ticket was no longer a concern to me. The attorney got the ticket DISMISSED!! Now I know who to call next time I get a ticket!
    Thank You Traffic Ticket Team!

  5. So apparently when you get a ticket, the whole world hears about it! I got tons of flyers in the mail from attorney’s trying to get in on my case. The traffic ticket team stood out the most! I checked out the website, visted the margate office, and made the right choice! Thank you for reducing my ticket and helping me keep my safe drivers status on my license. I just got back from your margate location. I needed to pick up some cards to hand out in the office! keep it up!

oh, and thanks for the free shirt!
    Have a great holiday!
